Client Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for virtual cancellations. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for in-person sessions. Each client gets at least one last minute cancellation without penalty. After using the one cancellation penalty excuse, cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable.
Setting Your Stage Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule. Rescheduling will happen at least 24 hours before the coaching session.
Refunds & Deposits: At Setting Your Stage, we value your time and energy — and ours. We want to ensure a smooth and respectful coaching journey for everyone.

• All deposits (25%) are non-refundable. This secures your space and covers pre-session preparation time and admin.

• Refunds are offered on a sliding scale, based on the percentage of sessions completed:

  • If no sessions have been used, you may request a refund minus the deposit.

  • If up to 20% of your sessions have been used, a refund for remaining sessions is possible (minus the deposit + a $75 administrative fee).

  • If 21–50% of your sessions have been used, you may receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).

  • If more than 50% of your sessions have been completed, no refund is available.

• Refund requests must be made in writing. We may offer coaching credit (valid for 12 months) as an alternative.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a forfeited session.
